One thing that I can say about the subject of health, is that it is very relative
and subjective. In plain English: it is different for each person, because each person
I am doing my best to supply you with the best information possible, on almost every

Run the nail file and run it over the surface of the toenail, both horizontally and
laterally. Rub the Vicks over the toenail. Do this twice a day for as long as it takes
to kill the fungus. And voila, no more fungus!

The speed of your heartbeat can be an indicator of your heart attack risk.
Do this simple calculation:
Measure the number of heartbeats (feel your pulse) in 10 seconds.
Multiply by 6 to get the number of beats per minute.
If your heartbeat is 76+ per minute, your heart attack risk is higher.
Below 62 per minute has the least risk, and shows better health.
