How about discussing some more health tips to maintain your superb health?

First, the ever-present question of weight or mass:

What is the ideal weight to be? Well, here goes.....

There are two ways to establish your desired weight.

1. The following table will give you an indication of what your weight should be for your specific length. Please take note that the parameters leave room for your specific bone structure. If you are of medium build, work on the average of the two parameters for your specific length.

L = Length in metres (to convert: 1 inch = 2.540 centimetres) W = Weight in kilograms (to convert: 1 pound = 0.454 kilograms)

2. The second way is to measure the ratio between your waist and your hips. The ratio should be equal to or less than 0.85. If this is not the case,then you have a problem! Also, if your waist measures more than 102 cm, you have a problem!
