Learn from Your Dog

Notice when your dog wakes up or first gets up. S/he immediately stretches and stretches again. That loosens muscles and warms your body. I no longer bound out of bed. I sit on the edge of the bed and begin with stretching my neck and my shoulders. When I come downstairs I drink a large glass of water like my dog. I now take little naps like my dog as well.
I guess I just live a dog's life.
